This is a quick way to pick first player in a tabletop game.
Set your phone in front of you, bottom facing yourself, and tap the number of players around the table. The spinner will point toward the first player, and the bottom line will indicate which player is first by counting from you.
After spinning, there is a momentary delay (indicated by a countdown and "stop" hand in the upper right) to prevent clearing the results by accident. Afterwards, tapping on the arrow will return to the number pad to choose another first player. The last one selected will remain on the bottom line.
It is designed to be used on a mobile device, but can be used on any device with a modern browser. You may install it as an application and use it offline, with no internet needed.
